We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with the products you have purchased from us. That being said we understand that sometimes things go wrong and one has to deal with them.

Customisation. All our products are customised. As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you, we cannot offer refunds. Please check the sizing charts within each product as it differs from product to product. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Italiology reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Damaged goods. If you received misprinted/damaged/defective items, let us know and we’ll sort it out as fast as possible! We either refund faulty orders or we replace them as quick as we can. These items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Contact us by email describing what the problem is in as much detail as possible and attach relevant photos.
Lost. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or elsewhere.
Once an item has been returned to our supplier by the courier (Wrong address or Unclaimed) and is unclaimed for it gest donated to charity after 4 weeks. It is important to contact Italiology as soon as possible if you have problems with the parcel.
